At ‘Hookah Factory’ we believe in providing the best quality product and service to our customers. Our goal is to become a one stop shop for all your hookah needs. Since our inception in 2014, when we were a B2B wholesale business, we took pride in not only our products but also our service; making sure our clients (hookah lounges, cafes, smoke shops) received their products in great condition and on time. Over the years we learned a lot about the product and its end user which in turn enabled us to focus our attention on importing and distributing those specific products that resonate with our clientele. In 2022 we decided to connect with our retail customers directly by providing a retail as well as an online presence. We launched a brick-and-mortar store in the heart of New Jersey; Piscataway. Our customers (retail and business) can now connect with us in person and buy all of our products including our custom shisha blends and charcoal at this location or online. Our retail customers can also get a ‘to-go’ bowl for a house party or just to sit, relax and ‘puff it out’ by themselves without going through the hassle of preparing and packing a bowl.
