Returns

We have a 30-day return period. Unfortunately, after 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. The item must be new and unused, and it must also be in the same condition that you received it. Moreover, it needs to be in its original packing.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received and examined your returned item after it has been received. We will notify you whether your refund request is approved or denied. If you're accepted, we'll process your refund and issue a credit to your credit card or any other source of payment within a predetermined number of days.

Missing or delayed refunds (if applicable)
Check your bank account first if you haven't received a refund yet. Then get in touch with your credit card provider; it might take some time for your refund to be processed and published. Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is usually a processing period. If you've done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, contact us at hookahfactoryus@gmail.com.

Only regular-priced items may be returned; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to 1633 Stelton Rd, Piscataway, NJ -08854.
The expense of shipping cost for returning your goods is your responsibility.
The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you get one. The amount of time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you will depend on where you reside. If the item being shipped costs more than $75, you may want to opt for a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance. We cannot promise to receive your returned goods.
